REALISM ŠEBEROV is a residential development located in a peaceful part of Prague 11, thoughtfully combining the character of the original village setting with contemporary living in close proximity to nature. The project is situated within walking distance of the revitalised Kovářský Pond while offering full access to urban amenities and infrastructure.

The development comprises 19 terraced family homes arranged along the perimeter of the site, creating a quiet internal zone centred around a pedestrian-oriented shared space. The project also enhances connectivity within the area by providing a natural pedestrian link between K Vrbičkám Street and the pond, contributing to the overall attractiveness of the neighbourhood.

Each home features a private garden with a wooden terrace and pergola, while ten homes are complemented by individual garages. The architectural design incorporates timeless materials, including grey fibre-cement roofing and clinker brick façades, referencing the region’s architectural heritage while reinforcing the project’s contemporary character.

Strong emphasis has also been placed on sustainability and the quality of public space. Permeable surfaces support rainwater infiltration, gardens are separated by landscaped gabion fences, and the entire development is framed by a stone wall that contributes to its cohesive and refined appearance.
